  1. Three-ring binders 1- 1.5 inch (used for science ONLY)
  2. Binder dividers (The kinds with pockets are good for loose papers.) (at least 6 sheets)
  3. Pencils, Pencils, Pencils! (At three pencils will stay in science Binder)
  4. A pencil case that fits in binders
  5. A pencil sharpener (hand-held with a top to collect shavings)
  6. A large pink eraser (The old-fashioned ones do the best erasing.)
  7. Glue sticks
  8. Loose-leaf notebook paper
  9. Pocket folders that fit in binder (If you get a folder with two pockets, label one “keep at home and the other “bring to school” to help your child organize his papers.)
  10. Printer paper (for lab write ups, lost homework packets or handout for the year)
  11. Index cards, ruled and unruled (These are great for making flash cards.)
